Jackson Area Manufacturers Association

The Best are Building Jackson, Together

From the advent of the assembly line to today, manufacturing is still the foundation on which the structure of the United States’ economy is built. Collaboration between all the different skilled trades encompassed by the manufacturing industry, from machining and metalworking to engineering and sales, is critical for success in times like these. That’s where we come in.

The Jackson Area Manufacturers Association (JAMA) is a not-for-profit association of manufacturers and associate partner members in and around Jackson County, Michigan. We have one goal in mind: the continuing prosperity of all of our members, the manufacturing community and our broader regional community as a whole. We are focused on helping improve the manufacturing climate of south-central Michigan by being a leader in technology information and training, offering assistance with local, state and federal government programs, along with providing workforce and economic development support services.

Our bottom line is to provide solutions that help our members maintain and improve their bottom lines. The open-forum atmosphere at JAMA promotes member collaboration which helps develop solutions to address the critical issues facing Jackson manufacturing that might otherwise be impossible to tackle by a single company. If you’re a manufacturer in south-central Michigan, or a company that offers products/services of interest to manufacturers, we sincerely hope that you will consider becoming a JAMA member. We are certain you will find the list of member benefits to be more valuable than the annual dues cost.
